Send a Mail Merge email and include the spouse automatically

When you send a Mail Merge email you can optionally include the spouse and other people linked to their profile. Using a Cloze reference Custom Field you can link a spouse, children, partners, referrers, and others to a person. 

Any person you link in these fields can then be easily added when sending a Mail Merge email. This can be helpful when you are trying to avoid sending multiple emails to a single household.

Note: Advanced Mail Merge features (see Smart Templates) are only available in the Platinum plan.

1.) Select your Mail Merge recipients.

2.) Tap on Review and select Spouse (or Children).
